GENCEL manufactures stainless steel end caps for pipes that close and seal pipe ends in sanitary process lines. Produced in SS304 (1.4301) and SS316L (1.4404) and polished to Ra 0.8–0.5 µm, our caps are supplied in 1/2″–12″ (DN10–DN300) with clamp, weld, thread or weld-thread ends — one supplier for your whole pipe range.

What sizes do your stainless steel end caps for pipes come in?

Stock tooling covers 1/2″ to 12″ (DN10 to DN300). Sizes outside this range can be produced to drawing under our OEM service.

Should I choose SS304 or SS316L?

SS304 (1.4301) suits general food, beverage and water service. Specify SS316L (1.4404) when the line carries chlorides, brine, salty product or acidic CIP chemicals.

Which connection types are available?

Clamp (tri-clamp), butt-weld, thread and weld-thread ends, manufactured to 3A, SMS, IDF, RJT, DIN and ISO standards.

What is the delivery time?

3–5 days for ordinary items held in stock. Large-quantity orders usually take 30–60 days.
